Retrograde Imageworks

A CD jewel case tray insert, produced for personal use.

The disc - a promotional sampler - was distributed by Rhino Records inside a large cardboard booklet shaped like the Monkees' logo. For regular listening, a jewel case seemed a more durable container, and artwork was created to match the style of Rhino's standard Monkees CDs.

Tasks performed include: recreating the Monkees' logo, matching typefaces, locating suitable band photography and matching existing Monkees re-issue albums' layout.
