I would say "All you need to do is ask"... but that's only half true. What you need to do is act like a fucking human being. I am a stranger to you - so as a courtesy, even if you don't mean it, at least pretent to be nice for a minute or two before turning into an ice queen on the phone, lady. They pay you by the hour, I'm sure... burn an extra 60 seconds of their money and fucking earn it.
